A glass link and rear Porch give access from the Kitchen/Dining area to a lean-to outhouse, now a Utility Room. A small barn in the garden was renovated and a part mezzanine floor added. Kitchen facilities, a WC and shower allowed the building to be used as an office, cinema and games room.
